Germantown Parkway shapes much of Cordova’s shopping and dining activity, with established subdivisions and newer development extending beyond it. The Shelby Farms Greenline adds a different way to experience the area, connecting toward Shelby Farms Park and Midtown by paved walking and cycling routes. Cordova’s residential options span more ground than a single neighborhood or mailing label suggests. Sales had a $288,000 median and averaged $314,931; that average shifted ↓ $16,064 from the previous year. Market exposure averaged 43 days across the search.
